Law Practice

Shawn Lillegren, a member of the firm's Transportation Practice Group, specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, tort and criminal defense cases.  He has tried more than 45 jury trials and 50 court trials.

Prior to joining the firm, Shawn served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Multnomah County District Attorney's office, where he prosecuted felony property crimes, including theft and burglary.

Education & Bar Admissions

Shawn received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Pacific University in 1999.  In 2003, he received his law degree from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was selected for the Dean's Honor Roll and the Traynor Society.  Shawn served as an Assistant Comment Editor for The Transnational Lawyer.  He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar is 2003 and the Washington State Bar in 2008.

Professional Activities

Shawn is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

Community Activities and Interests

In addition to spending time with his wife and their chocolate lab, Shawn enjoys golfing, jogging, and working on his house.
