Jill also has experience in all aspects of corporate law. Prior to law school, Jill was a registered nurse for eight years. Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, maxima cum laude, from the University of Portland in 1982. In 1993, Jill received her law degree from Willamette University College of Law , graduating cum laude. Jill is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Oregon. Jill is the Immediate Past President of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Portland). She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ALFA International's Retail Practice Steering Committee and the Multnomah Bar Association. She serves on the board of Griffith Rubber Mills, a locally owned, nationwide manufacturing firm established in 1911. Jill is a volunteer personal shopper for Dress for Success Oregon.
