Law Practice

Nick Wheeler's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on transportation, professional liability, personal injury and products liability cases. 

Prior to entering private practice, Nick served as an intern for the Honorable Ancer L. Haggerty, United States District Court for the District of Oregon. He also clerked for the Appellate Division of the Oregon Department of Justice.

Education & Bar Admissions

Nick graduated, cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University.  He earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and served as Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review.

Nick is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the United States District Court of Oregon.

Professional Activities

Nick's professional memberships include the Multnomah Bar Association and Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and the National Association of Railroad Counsel.

Community Activities and Interests

Nick's volunteer activities include Toys for Tots, the American Mock Trial Association, and the New Lawyers Division of the Oregon State Bar.   He also enjoys fly-fishing, motorcycling, skiing and boating.
