Susan K. Eggum Quoted in Bend BulletinSusan K. Eggum has been asked to defend Broken Top Partners II, LLC in a suit filed in the Deschutes County Circuit Court by certain convertible equity members of the Broken Top Club, an exclusive first class golf club and facility. This month the Bend Bulletin sought Susan's opinion concerning the suit and published Susan's comment: "Broken Top Partners will continue to seek a solution to the issue and hopes that the ultimate beneficiary of this process will be the Club and not the lawyers." |
