CVK Welcomes Megan E. Proulx

Megan’s practice focuses on civil litigation with a specialization in Construction Defect law.  Prior to joining CVK, Megan was an associate for a firm where she specialized in complex construction defect litigation.  She has experience in representing general contractors, developers, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation claims, including claims with more than $10 million in demands and AAA arbitration.
