Andy J. Cicerrella and Michael J. Mangan Join Firm as Associates

A recent graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, Andrew J. Cicerrella's litigation practice emphasizes construction defect litigation. 

Prior to entering practice, Michael J. Mangan was a commercial real estate appraiser and acted as a consultant for litigation of real estate tax appeals, condemnation, and Measure 37 issues.  His law practice focuses on business and real estate law, including litigation, transactional work, real estate tax appeals, and real estate professional liability cases.
