CVK has represented the railroad industry for over 74 years.  One former partner, Roy Shields, and one current partner, Randall Kester, were former General Solicitors for the Union Pacific Railroad.  

David Morrison and Tim Coleman co-chair the CVK Railroad Practice Group.  They bring with them 50 years of combined experience in successfully handling a broad range of legal issues confronting the railroad industry, including litigation under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, Railway Labor Act, crossing accidents, fire and general litigation claims, pollution claims, employment matters, property damage and goods-damaged-in-transit claims, and regulatory matters before state agencies.
