Several of CVK's attorneys provide arbitration and mediation services to the legal community, including but not limited to, in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, civil cases on appeal, business and real estate, product liability, and professional liability (particularly accountants, mental health care professionals, and attorneys).  Thom Brown mediates cases for the Oregon Court of Appeals.  Thom and David Morrison arbitrate commercial cases for the Arbitration Service of Portland and many of CVK's attorneys serve as arbitrators or mediators for courts in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties.
